As a member of the Overhaul Support Team within this shop this represents an opportunity to develop your career through exposure to a wide variety of skills inclusive of Operational, Technical, Commercial, Planning & importantly Supplier Management & Relationship Management.
The role is primarily concerned with, but not limited to, providing support for Rolls-Royce managed engine shop visits to ensure the execution of planned shop visits through HAESL meet our Customer Commitments in terms of Turn-Time, whilst ensuring Shop Visit Cost Control, Quality & of course Safety standards are in place. This will offer exposure right across the MRO shop visit value-stream from Induction, right through to the Engine Return to Customer Process.
The successful individual will be driven, structured, process focused & show strong levels of agility to manage the great variety the role has to offer.
What you will be doing:

Manage subject engines in the shop to achieve business requirements in terms of quality, cost and delivery.

Evaluate and report service-run engine part conditions.

Identify and analyse both engineering and commercial trends.

Provide quality assurance support to the shop and to Rolls-Royce Customer teams.

Participate in engineering investigations as required.

Support & enable planning activity, including Turn-Time improvement governance.

Ensure operational activity is compliant with business plans and policies and resolve deviations as necessary.

Work as part of a multi-skilled team and contribute across a range of functional activity, such as planning and logistics, risk management, supply chain management, load capacity planning, cost control and customer/supplier relationship management
Position qualifications:

Experience of working in an MRO environment.

Experience across Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering or Customer teams preferred.

Strong understanding of engine components, system and functionality

High degree of self-motivation, flexibility, initiative, action-orientation and vision, supplemented with good IT skills.

Fluency in English (Mandarin are beneficial, but not essential).
